2004-present: Preservation Technician,
Nick Engelbert’s Grandview, a self-taught artist environment of over three-dozen embellished concrete sculptures and the embellished farm house of Nick Engelbert, Hollandale, Wisconsin.
The Wisconsin Concrete Park, a self-taught artist environment containing over 200 embellished concrete sculptures by Fred Smith, Phillips, Wisconsin.
Worked on the restoration and preservation of over 36 individual sculptures.
Tracked and documented all work completed by preservation crews.

1998-2003: Executor and Trustee, the Harold Allen Estate and Trust
Developed database of Allen’s photographic work spanning his career of over 50 years.
Distributed Allen’s personal artwork and collections from the Trust to various museums and non-profit institutions.
Created slide documentation of Allen’s photographic and artistic work.
1996-2002: Chief Preparator, The LaSalle Bank Photography Collection
Established a new collections database including the transfer of all existing catalog information for over 4000 images.
Developed standards for digital imaging within database.
Assisted in research for and design of new archival storage space.
Supervised matting and framing of new acquisitions.
Conducted minor conservation and reframing of existing collection.
Assisted LaSalle employees in selecting art for offices and public areas.
Installed art throughout the bank.
Oversaw shipping of all works leaving the bank.
1999: Co-curator, “Unparalleled Lives: Harold Allen and Edgar Hellum”, The Rymer Gallery, the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
Worked with the artist prior to his death on the exhibition’s focus and
historical context.
Selected images and objects to be exhibited from the estate of Harold Allen and various other museum and private collections of Allen’s work.
Researched and wrote the wall and pamphlet text.
Supervised installation and layout of exhibit.
